Delivery Information

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card; however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment, and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay, such as an item that is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

At Garden Building Store, we aim to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our delivery process.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on orders over £100 to mainland UK. For orders under £100, a £9.99 delivery charge applies. Additional charges may apply to postcodes outside mainland UK. See our Supplier Delivery Zones section below for more information.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Once your order has been placed, and assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card, and your order will be dispatched:

• Amazonas Outdoor Furniture Products
  Orders placed before 12 PM are typically dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
• Garden Buildings and Structures
  These products are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–49 working days, depending on your location (please note that this timeframe varies by supplier and type of product).

You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date for garden buildings and structures.

Delivery Tracking

• We’ll email you tracking details within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
• If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@gardenbuildingstore.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Important Notes

• Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary slightly depending on product type and supplier.
• For Amazonas furniture, next-day delivery is available within mainland UK.

Delivery Information for Our Garden Buildings

At Garden Building Store, we offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. However, certain areas, including offshore regions and remote parts of the UK, may incur additional charges or have delivery restrictions depending on the supplier.

Surcharge Areas

Deliveries to some areas, such as parts of Northern Scotland, Southern England, and other remote regions, may incur additional delivery fees. These areas include:

• Parts of Northern Scotland (e.g., some IV, AB, and KW postcodes)
• Southern England (e.g., parts of EX, PL, and TQ postcodes)
• Other remote areas as specified by suppliers

No Service Areas

Unfortunately, delivery is unavailable to certain remote or offshore areas. These include:

• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight (offshore postcodes only)
• Scottish Offshore Islands (e.g., Shetland, Outer Hebrides)
• Some parts of the Scottish Highlands (specific postcodes may vary)

Free Delivery Areas

Free delivery is available to most mainland UK locations. If your area is not listed under surcharge or no-service zones, you can expect free delivery on your order.
