Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will be processed as a return.
To cancel your order:
- Contact us via email at Returns@GardenBuildingStore.co.uk or call us at 03301228289 with your order number.
- If the cancellation is received after dispatch, you will need to return the product under the terms outlined in the Returns section below.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your product(s) under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Some products, such as custom or made-to-order products, are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at Returns@GardenBuildingStore.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions for shipping.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Customised or made-to-order products.
- Products that have been assembled, used, or are not in their original condition.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via a financing option (e.g., PayPal), please allow additional processing time for the third-party provider.
Refund Conditions

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or the wrong product was sent.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide photos of the damage, along with your order number, to Returns@GardenBuildingStore.co.uk.
- For faulty products, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product (following the process above) and place a new order.
