Exclusions
- Clearance, Sale, or Promotional Prices: Our price match does not cover competitor prices that are part of clearance sales, limited-time promotions, special discount codes, or seasonal sales.
- Out-of-Stock or Limited Availability: The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery to qualify for a price match.
- Custom or Special-Order Items: Products with customisations, special order requirements, or unique finishes are excluded from this guarantee.
Other Conditions
- One Price Match Per Item: We offer one price match per identical item, per customer.
- Price Adjustments After Purchase: If you notice a lower price within 7 days of purchasing from us, contact us with proof, and we’ll honor the price match retroactively.

Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will be processed as a return.

Returns Policy

Refund Policy

Faulty or Damaged Products

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product (following the process above) and place a new order.
